Application processing:

For 2025 applications will be submitted online:

The platform opens on Monday 6 January at 8am.

Application deadline: 27 March 2025 at 11.59pm.

List of documents to send with your application:  

An ID photo • A copy of your ID• A certificate of education • Your transcripts of marks from the baccalaureate (A levels) and for all terms or semesters validated post-baccalaureate • A copy of your degree certificates • Your CV • A scanned, handwritten cover letter • Aptitude for study • Any other document that you deem useful for your application. 

Application fee:

The application fee amounts to €100, with the following exceptions:

• €0 for scholarship students
• No application fees for students from FIMI INSA

Please note: Any application submitted without required payment will be rejected. This payment is for processing applications to the Telecommunications, Services and Uses via apprenticeship programme. It will not be reimbursed in the event of non-admission. 

Methods of payment: 

• Bank transfer. The following wording must be used:
  TCA_Application dossier number_LAST NAME and First name of candidate

• Cheque made out to Agent Comptable de l’INSA Lyon, to be sent by post to the following address:

Individual motivation interview: 

After reviewing the applications, the selected candidates will be summoned to the Telecommunications department for a motivation interview before a panel composed of course professors and industrial partners.

The interviews will take place between 7 April and 15 April 2025.

Finding a host company:

After the interviews are completed, all «admissible» candidates must find a host company as soon as possible. We have a number of partners ready to welcome our apprentices.
